Chef Geri Little - began her culinary career working at the Inn of the Woods, in Kenora, Ontario.  In 1997, she graduated from the American Culinary Institute, and practiced her skills at the Marriot in Victoria, BC.  Chef Geri has had the honour of perfecting her culinary talents by working in Sasebo, Japan.  This has given Chef Geri a hands-on experience in perfecting Japanese cuisine, something Ambiance Catering customers say "is some of the best Japanese food they have tasted". Chef Geri and husband Ken's culinary skills do not end there. They have been requested to cater private functions throughout Canada and have catered in private luxurious homes in West Palm Beach, Florida. Chef Geri was also invited to be part of the world renowned "Taste of Chicago" where participants enjoyed her "Beef Tenderloin, Mushroom and Phyllo Torte"; which is still one of Ambiance Catering's most requested culinary delight.

Chef Geri and Ken's travels include: the Netherlands, South Korea, Mexico, Belize, Cayman Islands, Chicago Illinois and many other cities across Canada and the USA.  Their travels have enabled them to perfect their culinary skills and bring these skills and flavours to their wonderful customers.

Chef Geri and Ken desire to prepare delicious, fresh food and to support local farmers.
